Strata Gems was founded on a simple belief: people deserve honest guidance, meaningful education and access to the same sourcing networks used throughout the gemstone trade.

With a background in financial accounting, procedural medicine and helping build and grow an auction business alongside my father, I learned early that trust is earned through expertise, integrity and consistently delivering value. The gemstone industry should be no different.

Too often, people are presented with limited options, unclear pricing and recommendations influenced by available inventory rather than their individual goals. At Strata Gems, the process is different. Rather than selling from a showcase, I work directly with a growing international network of trusted cutters, dealers, miners, suppliers and jewelry professionals to source gemstones based on a person's unique vision, preferences, and budget.

Whether the goal is a custom jewelry project, a meaningful gift, a family heirloom or a collector gemstone, every relationship begins with understanding a person's goals and providing the guidance needed to make informed decisions. My passion for gemstones continues to evolve through both industry relationships and formal education. To deepen my understanding of gemology and better serve the individuals and families I work with, I am pursuing the Graduate Gemologist (GG) designation through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) while continuing to build relationships with gemstone professionals around the world.

The right gemstone can become whatever its owner hopes it will be: a celebration, a commitment, a symbol of love, or a family heirloom passed from one generation to the next.
